An unexpected Sicily, the future that looks to tradition, the contrasts that give life to new possibilities: all of this is captured in the shots for Dolce&Gabbana’s FW 2021/2022 ADV Campaign, a vision filtered and sublimated by Juergen Teller’s photographic lens.

In the background of the images, an unfamiliar Sicily: places decontextualized from convention, timeless spaces inhabited by boys and girls who, through style, assert their identity with determination and character.

Past and future, sartorial tradition and new volumes and materials, the history of a territory and the instinct for innovation are all elements that have always been part of Dolce&Gabbana’s DNA, which take shape again today, reinterpreted by Juergen Teller’s unique aesthetic vision.

In the videos for the campaign, the frames are enriched by special sounds, conceived and composed by the photographer, who draws on inspirations, ideas and suggestions arising from his own experience on the set.

The eyewear models harmoniously blend the spirit of innovation and sartorial tradition, embracing technology and ’90s creative inspirations.

The DG Gros Grain line reinterprets the brand’s DNA, giving it a touch of elegance and contemporary style that is immediately apparent in the two women’s models in the campaign: oversized, boxy gold sunglasses and optical glasses with a more delicate, rounded shape, both adorned with the now iconic crossed DG monogram, directly presented here as an integral part of the temples.

The two cat-eye models in the Gattopardo series celebrate the female silhouette and have bolder, black, sensual shapes in true Dolce&Gabbana style. Once again, they are available in both sunglasses and optical versions.

Finally, the men’s Sporty range features rectangular designs for a dynamic, modern style, complemented by the brightly colored rubber inserts.

A Collection that enhances the Brand’s cultural references and explores its timeless codes, reinterpreting them with a contemporary twist.
